....La scelta di responsabilità di Lanificio Bigagli inizia con la certificazione dei propri prodotti. Le certificazioni sono uno strumento che garantisce al cliente la trasparenza e la tracciabilità di tutta la filiera che contribuisce al prodotto finale, poiché sono rilasciate da un ente terzo imparziale e indipendente. Bigagli ha ottenuto due importanti certificazioni: il Global Recycle Standard (GRS) per quanto riguarda i tessuti rigenerati e il Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) disponibile invece per i prodotti in lana. Entrambe le certificazioni sono promosse da Textile Exchange, una delle più autorevoli organizzazioni internazionali per lo sviluppo responsabile nel settore tessile e in Italia sono rilasciate da ICEA – Istituto per la Certificazione Etica e Ambientale. Il Global Recycle Standard - GRS garantisce il contenuto di materiali da riciclo nei prodotti sia intermedi che finiti, il mantenimento della tracciabilità lungo l’intero processo produttivo, le restrizioni nell’uso dei prodotti chimici e il rispetto di criteri ambientali e sociali in tutti gli step della filiera. Il Responsible Wool Standard - RWS assicura che la lana proviene da allevamenti gestiti in modo responsabile nel rispetto di stringenti criteri per il benessere animale e per la riduzione dell’impatto ambientale. Inoltre, vengono controllate le condizioni dei lavoratori della filiera. .. The choice of responsibility of Lanificio Bigagli starts with the certification of our products. Certifications are a tool that guarantees the customer transparency and traceability of the entire supply chain that contributes to the final product, since they are issued by an impartial and independent body. Bigagli has obtained two important certifications: the Global Recycle Standard (GRS) for regenerated fabrics and the Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) available for wool products. Both certifications are promoted by Textile Exchange, one of the most renowned international organizations that promotes international responsible and sustainable development in the textile industry. In Italy, they are issued by ICEA - Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification. The Global Recycle Standard (GRS) guarantees the content of recycled materials in both intermediate and finished products, the maintenance of traceability throughout the production process, restrictions on the use of chemicals, and compliance with environmental and social criteria at all stages of the supply chain.  The Responsible Wool Standard - RWS ensures that the wool comes from responsibly managed farms that meet stringent criteria for animal welfare and environmental impact reduction.
